In a large bowl, mix 1lb ground beef, 1/2 onion finely minced, 1 egg, 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs, 1/2 tbsp salt, and 1/2 tbsp pepper. Mix thoroughkly and roll into meatball sized meatballs.
In the stainless steel pan, heat 2 tbsp of a neutral oil on medium high heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 1 minute before flipping.
Add 2 cups beef broth, 2 cups milk, 1 tbsp worcestershire, 1/2 tbsp salt, and 1 tbsp pepper. Give it a stir.
Bring the liquid to a boil. Once boiling, add 4 cups egg noodles. Stir constantly until pasta is cooked and the liquid is reduced to a sauce that coats the egg noodles, which should take about 7-8 minutes.
Add 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley. Stir until cheese is melted.
Serve and enjoy :)
